Our Autumn Porch

We love our porch in the summer. We really love our porch in the fall. From our porch, we can watch as the leaves slowly change from summer's green to autumn's red, orange, yellow, and gold. I change the porch a little bit to reflect the change in seasons. One thing that doesn't change...mornings with coffee and my people.

Enjoy your autumn porch time, my friends.
Before we know it, we will be snuggled inside watching the snow. : )

  1. Ohhhhhhhhhh, you have a perfect porch! -happy sigh- Of course you should enjoy it fully.

I so love a porch. Our Dutch Colonial didn't "come with" a porch. The best we could do, was for my husband to install a front patio. It's a little bit raised... But sigh, it's just not-the-same. -pout- :-)))

Thank you for sharing photos of your lovely porch.

    Gentle Autumn hugs,

  9. Billie Jo, I've semi-decorated our front porch. My mums are out but not the pumpkins yet. I need to buy some Bitter Apple spray to use on them so the critters don't eat them!

  12. We bought, what we think will be, our last home almost two years ago. I swore it would have to have a front porch! Guess what? it doesn't and it makes me sad. The choices were so slim in our area, that we jumped on the newest and cutest home we could find. I keep thinking 'gazebo'??? Your porch is so inviting! Enjoy!

  16. Lovely! I enjoy our porch as well, it was one of my requirements moving to the South, lol. :-) We are creating our own special haven here and we love it. There's just something about the comforts of home. Enjoy the rest of your week.

    Blessings,
