First thing first.
I take my pills with a cup of water with a splash of lemon juice.
And usually I add half a banana.
Taking pills on an empty stomach = ugh.
Oh. And the water in the mug?
OK. Here's the thing.
I have found I drink much more water if I drink it from a mug.
Purely psychological, I'm sure.
But it works for me!
Finally! Coffee time!
I actually go to bed happy because I know this is waiting for me in the morning!
I switch it up, but this is my current favorite.
And it is good. : )
Later, I sat down to breakfast.
Yes. I force myself to sit.
And today I had an over easy egg with a slice of whole wheat toast and strawberries.
Some days I have cereal.
On weekends I have pancakes or waffles.
This varies, but today I had a hoagie. Yep.
Steve brought some home and I was thrilled.
I balanced all that yummy ham and cheese goodness with peppers and dip and sliced peaches.
I like to be fair like that.
One of my favorite times of the day.
My afternoon coffee.
I sit a bit, sip my coffee, and recharge.
And she waits patiently for the very last sip.
Later in the afternoon, I found myself hungry.
I debated between cookies and yogurt.
My conscience won.
But honestly, this yogurt is super good.
I'd like to show you an elaborate meal, but on this night. we had a favorite.
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup.
And no one complained. : )
My bedtime snack.
Sometimes I have a cup of tea.
But tonight it was brownies and milk.
And that ended a very good day.
