Currently and Winners!

Currently, I am enjoying this...

While thinking about this.

And I am waiting for this...

While I am dreaming about this.

Now, for the winners! I randomly chose four names from the very kind comments left on my 13th Birthday blog post. The winners are:

Oh what a fun look back! I am TOTALLY stealing this idea for my next blogging anniversary! It's funny how this small little hobby turned into far more "socialization" than I ever thought it would.

Oh, I loved seeing all the wonderful pictures throughout the years. The one of little Rhett and Flynn on an afternoon walk got to me, and the one of you and Peyton. Love her middle name, Rose, by the way. We meet so many special people in blogging, and I'm so glad to have met such a lovely friend. Here's to many more years of blogging!

Sorry it won’t let me check any other way. I have no social media presence. I read all of your blogs. Loved your book. Daughter and I discuss your book often. Brenda B

The years just fly! I love the picture of Flynn with the barrette in her hair, and the one of her walking with Rhett. So sweet. I always enjoy your posts, thank you for sharing your days with us. :)

Congratulations to the winners!

Please email me with your email address, and I will send your gift card out to you! Thank you all, and have a cozy Wednesday afternoon!

  4. Just a reminder that Meghan Church, wrote THE GIRLS WE SENT AWAY, one of my favorite books, has a new one in September. The Mad Wife. The first book took place when I was that age...the 60's...this book takes place in the 50's...and I experienced some of it in the family. The issues of women and their emotions/anxiety/mental state...I read it early to review. Please try it. You have such a positive attitude about these issues, and I really believe you make a difference in the lives of others with your writing. Thank you for the gift.

  5. It is a little cooler here in the mornings and only got to 92 yesterday, but I am sure it will climb again.

  7. I was just telling my girls that in four short months, we'd be right in the middle of Christmas! I like the coziness too, but oh do I love bare feet in the grass. We are having lovely weather, in my opinion, sunny and warm but not overly humid. The warm/hot season is so short compared to how much chilly weather we get, but I LOVE that we get to experience it all!

  12. I heard through the Blogger's Dark Web Association that there was some rigging and cheating going on by some of the winners. Now I don't want to be "that person" who names names, so you might want to do an independent investigation.
