Friday! YAY! Spring! YAY! This week was fun. YAY!
Madison planned a festive St. Patrick's Day meal, and Flynn and I were happy to help. Madison made a delicious Shepard's Pie for dinner, and she and Flynn made the most delicious Guinness Chocolate Cake. And I am pleased to report the Irish Wish movie is really good! My best friend Heather came to visit! She and her husband, Dave, drove down for a few days, so we went to the condo for relaxation and fun.
Madison joined us for a spa visit and delicious lunch...Heather and I had the perfect March afternoon for time on the beach...The sunrise didn't disappoint...And I even wore regular clothes and make-up for a night on the town! The seafood pasta was AMAZING.
Have a wonderful weekend, my friends. I will be watching some March Madness because this time of year always turns me into a college basketball fan! I also look forward to visiting with you while I enjoy my coffee and a cozy throw blanket.
Thanks for visiting!
HAPPY SPRING!
Pinterest for the photos. And for the reminder that once upon a time, kids were taught sweet poems about precious things.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the poems and pictures.
I am so happy that spring is here! I have had my face pressed up against the glass, looking outside, waiting for it to warm up enough for me to plant some seeds. It sounds like your St. Patrick’s Day celebration was a good one. I am well aware of the deliciousness of that Guinness chocolate cake. I think it is one of the best chocolate cake recipes out there. Enjoy your March madness. I don’t follow basketball, but my heart skipped a beat when I realized that next week is the opening day of Major league baseball.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful ocean views.
Those little dogs shouldn't be sitting on the bed, there are a couple of fleas that can be seen on that blanket.
