Ordinary Summer Days and Nights

All the things that make summer so special.
I hope you are enjoying your summer days too.
Don't forget this Sunday is July 25, otherwise known as Christmas in July!
In years past, we celebrated with great fanfare. This year, I will probably pull out a Christmas mug, and we will watch a favorite Christmas movie. Just our stage in life!

Have a cozy, restful, exciting, healthy weekend, my friends.
Spend it doing what brings you joy.
Thanks for visiting!

Billie Jo

Looks like a fun time on lake with your children. Enjoy your weekend.

  15. Ooops I'm a day late and missed Christmas in July. We don't ever do anything but what a great idea. Guess I better add that to the list for next year. Our summer as been a mix of busy and a mix of lazy and I can't believe in just one month the kids will be back to school.

  16. Hello Dear Friend!
I thought of you yesterday! Lol I loved the Christmas in July idea and we celebrated it for several years. But yep, different stage in life. I did watch some Christmas QVC and some Christmas hallmark this past weekend. I think that can count. 😉
I hope you have a very blessed week ahead. xo

  17. Owned Hallmark store before I went back to college and grad school to teach…Christmas in July was big…still do the ornaments for grands and kids, but I am thankful I made the career change…I was old for a student, but in the end, it was rewarding…sounds like you will have fun…love your blog…I have decided to read those where people don’t whine and complain…thank you

  18. Flynn caught a fish! And it's nice to visit here and see her sweet smile. Such lovely photos of Summer, Billie Jo, and there's just nothing like hot dogs during the Summer, is there? Oh Yes, I've been enjoying Hallmark Christmas in July shows all month long. I liked your title, Ordinary Summer Days and Nights, as sometimes those ordinary days are the best. : )
