Good morning, my friends! I hope your Easter weekend was all that you hoped and planned it to be. Our weekend was filled with all the things we love: prayer, mass, food, cozy, family, laughter, and more food. This week is designated as spring break for Flynn and me. I like to use this time to organize our schoolwork for the remainder of the year and look ahead to the next year's curriculum. The weather looks nice this week, so I hope to get in some leisurely walks as well.

We enjoyed French Toast made with colorful Easter bread from THIS WONDERFUL BAKERY, bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, turnovers, and an amazing Copenhagen Crown Cake from the same bakery.
