Steeler Game, Cozy Days, And The Last Of The Birthday! Promise!

September means Steeler football is back.
Despite their less than stellar start, I am still and always will be a fan of the black and gold. Steve took Rhett, Peyton, and Christopher to the game last Sunday. I, meanwhile, enjoyed the game from the comfort of my couch.

And guess what? Steve's amazing sister Sally planned a surprise party for me!
I had no idea! At all! I thought we were going over for dinner and was shocked when I walked in and saw Steve's family, my Mom, Margie and Chris, Heather and Dave, and Marian! I am so very blessed to have such beautiful, thoughtful people in my life. We had my favorite pizza and wings, taco salad, cookies, and the most delicious cake. Thank you, Sally, and everyone for the best birthday ever!

Finishing up with some cozy fall photos. The beautiful painting was a gift from my awesomely talented and fellow fall and Halloween loving friend, Leslie. She blogs HERE, and is the queen of holidays!

Have a lovely weekend, my friends!
Thanks for visiting!

  16. Hi Billie Jo! Happy belated birthday & God bless! Been meaning to write a birthday message. Looks like you had a wonderful celebration! You are truly blessed & such a blessing to others in more ways than you will ever know. Thank you for being a source of encouragement. I have truly gleaned so much from you over the years as a mother & homemaker. Although we have never gotten to meet in real life, you are and have been such a part of my life for many years. Even though I don't comment as much as others, I am always here with my cup of coffee :) Wishing you endless years of health, love & happy memories! Your old insta friend Lisa (hotcoffee4lisa) ❤
