And by the way, it is on sale now on Amazon!
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pam spray or butter
- Crack the egg into a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk in milk, oil, and maple syrup.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add to egg mixture. Stir just until combined. It will be lumpy!
- Lightly grease a griddle or frying pan warmed to medium heat.
- Pour batter on using a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
- Cook until the tops start to bubble. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown.
- Oh. I double this for our family. They reheat great too. : )
P.S. In case you are like me, and have no clue who Pascal is, Flynn was quick to inform me that he is Rapunzel's pet chameleon.
And he makes amazing pancakes.
Thank you, I will try these. I've never put syrup in the batter but it sounds delicious.ReplyDelete

I will try this. Sadly I use a box mix because I have never found a recipe from scratch that I wanted to make a second time. Your picture makes me want to drive right in! Yum :)ReplyDelete
These sure look good! The maple syrup in the batter is interesting. Some evenings I like to make breakfast for supper and these would be great. Disney recipes are usually very good. Must have something to do with magic. Have a nice afternoon. ♥ReplyDelete
I have a Disney Resorts book which I love the recipes are amazing. The pancakes look delicious.ReplyDelete

This is our go-to pancake recipe! We don't have the book, but my daughter copied several recipes from it at school. We lost Pascal's Pancakes somehow. I'm so grateful you posted this so I could find it again! Thank you! Yum yum yummy!!!ReplyDelete
We checked out this cookbook from our local library. We loved it so much we bought our own copy. This recipe is one of our favorites from it.ReplyDelete
