A Touch Of Thanksgiving...2014

Bright and early Saturday morning...November 1st...we boxed up our beloved Halloween for another year. Then we gave the house a good cleaning, and brought out the little bit of Thanksgiving we have and scattered it among the autumn decorations we left out. Now we have a cozy autumn home to enjoy before the red and green of Christmas come out! Here is a peek at our home all ready to give thanks. : )

Have a cozy November, my friends!

  5. Billie Jo - I love all your decoration posts, you are so inspiring. I am pretty inept when it comes to decorating, but you give me hope. A couple of questions - where do you get your Yankee Candles? Every time I see them they seem so pricey, but wondering if you knew a place online or a certain box store that might have a good deal on them. I have been trying out the Better Homes & Garden line of candles at Wal-mart and they seem okay, but I do love all the smells of the Yankee line. Secondly, do you know where you got the "Thanksgiving" printing plaque thing (the one with all the words about Thanksgiving). That is really cool!

    Great pictures!!!!

  9. When I see your beautiful seasonal things and love filled home, it makes me think of how much love your children will have for you when after many years, they are grown and have families of their own and come home to mom's to visit...how very special it will be for them. Because of you.
