Hello, and happy Wednesday, my friends. This year is our first Christmas in our new home, so I am inviting you in for a visit! Pour a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa, get cozy, and spend some time with me in our Christmas home. Finding new places for our special Christmas decorations that hold so many memories for us was fun. So please, come in the front door into the foyer, which usually contains numerous pairs of shoes, several coats, and other random items, but miraculously, it was completely clear on this day.
From there, we move into the family room, where we spend most of our time. See Mocha? That is where I am in right now, typing up this post!
Behind the sofa, I hung these beautiful pieces I found on Etsy.
And nearby, a perfect place for my beautiful nativity.
From here, we head into the kitchen, the heart of any home.
Such a warm and cozy space Billie Jo! I can see why you never want to leave :)
ReplyDeleteI love it! Every little touch is GORGEOUS. You have a gift!! Truly, where some homes look like they're from a magazine and you can't picture how they live life, your home reflects that cozy spirit you embody and it's so immediately evident how you use your home to the fullest. Thank you for this little tour!
ReplyDeleteYour home is just beautiful and your decor could be in a magazine! I love the Christmas songs framed up! Thank you for the tour!

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! It is all so beautiful, cheerful, and joyous!!! And I have to admit that I saved a photo or two to use as inspiration for our home! Is the furniture in your family room green, or is that the lighting effect? Because we have green furniture in our living room as well! Your tree is gorgeous and elegant. Plus I loved getting a tour of your home. Mocha is so cute just peeking out there. Your kitchen and kitchen island are gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, sweet friend! No, the furniture is cream. I think the tv was on! LOL

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, I just love how your home looks, and your lovely Christmas decor. I especially am in love with your nativity - where is it from??? And your Christmas tree just looks lovely and natural and fits your home perfectly. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Dawn P. Albany, GA
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful home! I especially love the Christmas music prints, how clever and fun! I love seeing everyone's Christmas decorations because our house is currently under renovation and the only decoration I have is a big red dumpster outside (at least the color is on theme, I guess). I love to dream about how I'll decorate next year!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing holiday home! I so wish my home was as clean and uncluttered as yours. Mine is getting much better but my husband does not like to let go of things.
ReplyDeleteYour home is so beautiful! You definitely have a talent for decorating in a wonderfully cozy way where it isn't too much. Just perfect. The framed carols are wonderful. A perfect Christmas touch and reminder of what we're celebrating. Thank you for taking us along to spend time with you.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and love,
Betsy

Wow, everything is so beautiful! You did a great job decorating this gorgeous home! And I love the giant sheet music prints! Such a neat touch! I know y'all are going to have a wonderful holiday season in your new home! Lots of new memories to be made!
ReplyDeleteYour home is very nice, and furnished in good taste. The Christmas decorations are well done, just the right amount of bling without being excessive, very pretty. Most of the lifestyle blogs are so overdone with decor they look like those old Trident import shops full of stuff to the ceiling.
ReplyDeleteYour new home is beautifully decked out for Christmas from the front door entry throughout to your Bird Room, Billie Jo. Your tree is gorgeous. I would love to know where you got the metal reindeer that stands outside your front door. Thank you so much for sharing and giving a tour.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the beautiful tour and hot tea dear Friend! Your new home is so beautiful and what a perfect place to have a cozy Christmas! I especially love that railing going up with the greenery and your gorgeous kitchen with all the Santas! I wish you and your whole family a very blessed Christmas and best wishes for 2025! ❤️💚❤️💚
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning!! Every room is beautiful...but I think I love the kitchen the most. Well, it is the heart of the home...and your heart shines through in it!! Thanks for sharing and the walk through. Wish I could just sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with you:)
ReplyDeleteYou certainly have a knack for decorating! Absolutely beautiful! Every room! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteYou make me want to do better! :)
Happy holidays!
