Trick-Or-Treat...Halloween 2013

We began our Halloween festivities on Wednesday evening with a small pumpkin carving party with some good friends of ours. Such a fun night!

I made a big crock pot of Veggie Beef soup...

and they brought this creamy cheese broccoli soup...delicious!

Peyton made these cute Mummy cheese hot dogs too. : )

We snacked on cupcakes and yummy cookies from a quick stop at Eat'nPark.

Flynn loved the gooey pumpkin seeds...

and Madison and her sweet friend did too!

All finished and ready to glow. : )

Then we finished off with a cute and tasty dessert that Madison's friend Nicole made.

Peyton's perfect pumpkin...

Halloween Day found us having a yummy Halloween lunch...

Flynn and I set the table while the big kids finished school work...

We had Candy Corn pizza, Cheetos, mandarin oranges, and orange Kool-Aid!

After a short snuggle and nap on the couch...we got ready to Trick-or Treat...

We had a hippie, a cowgirl, The Flash, and Cinderella. : )

And way too much candy to count.  I call the peanut m&ms!!!

Hope your Halloween was happy!

  1. Oh my gosh! Eat & Park cookies are the best! I miss them from my Steubenville days, I even ordered some this summer so my kids could try them! What a fun evening :)

  2. Looks like our candy stash! I call the Reeces!

Loved seeing your celebrations! Loved the costumes! I love homemade costumes best. I got our "pumpkins" for 3 bucks one year, and the "puppy" that every baby has been at a garage sale, otherwise, I tell the kids to make their own!

We have 45 people coming after our All Saint's Day Mass and we are having soup!! (and pumpkin bread) That's what I'm providing (plus drinks, etc...) and then we are going through the graveyard for a plenary!! It's through the woods behind our house! It should be fun!

Love your Orange lunch! Did you see this?:

If not, would you post for us, pretty please? (I know recipe posts take a lot of work!) Your Halloweenies were adorable!!!

  14. Hi Billie Jo! Ok, this is getting ridiculous... I LOVE peanut M&M's. What's your position on Snickers?

All the cute decorations were so fun to see, and those cute little marshmallows with the eyes? Adorable! You really know how to throw a party.

We'll be 'gutting' our pumpkin today. I put it on the porch as decoration, but now it's time to get those yummy seeds.
    Have a great weekend!
