Me...According To Pinterest

Because I can laugh at myself. And because I am all about keeping it real. : )

Seriously.
I am all about a neat linen closet.
But folding a fitted sheet is far beyond my capabilities.

This. Is me.
This is why I go to Walmart super early in the morning.
Or not at all.

I admit it.
I am a homebody.
I am aware some people think I'm strange.
Even weird.
And so...

This.
Cannot say it better.

Finally.
I am ok with this.
A younger me tried to please everyone...
Tried to make sure everyone liked me.
Once I turned forty, I realized that is not necessary.
Or even possible.
Not everyone will like me.
And that is ok.

On a lighter note...
This.
Sad. But true.

Guilty as charged.

The end. : )

  6. I could never fold a fitted sheet either and then - sorry to say! - decades - 2? - ago I saw Martha demonstrating how to fold them and it is easy, but I cannot explain it to you!

  7. My linen closet is a hot mess. It seems to be the spot that everything just gets shoved into! And our Wal-mart now has a pickup service. You order everything on line and then drive around the side to pick up your items so you don't even have to go in. I've heard from several people that they do a great job with this.

  9. Oh the Wal-Mart one? YES!! I have that too. For instance, the museum this morning was SO crowded. I have found Target at 8:30 on a weekday is the best! Or 10:00 at night is good too!

  12. Home is best!!! My daughter has several anxiety disorders and it;s very hard to be out in public for her.

So we go to a local, small market on non busy times and once and a while a small, famliy run book store.

I still can't fold a fitted sheet!!! Maybe we should make a club. lol

  13. I love these! I think my favorite one is the third on because I feel that way most of the time..:)
You know I can't for the life of my fold a fitted sheet. Years ago I saw on a show someone suggested putting the sheets inside of the pillowcase that goes with the sheets...it saves space. I loved this because I don't really need to do a great job any longer folding the fitted sheet.

  14. ha ha the party one is so me, and I was a little sad to realize the last one is not only true but when the time does come around to get dressed up for say a wedding I have to go shopping cause those couple of dresses I own no longer fit : ( I don't know if I should laugh or cry. because I know you will get this Id rather spend $100 on candles than a dress it pains me to shop... for clothes at least. I use to love it. woe is me but not really lol

  20. I second everyone's comments! I am sitting here, drinking my tea, laughing my head off! All so true!!! It's Wal-mart at 8am on a Monday morning or not at all! And NEVER on a weekend! Are you kidding me? I'm breaking out into a sweat just thinking about it! I am a homebody too so these really made my day. Rob (who is a total extravert) always kids me that I don't like people. And I tell him it's not that I don't like people, it's just that I don't want to have to talk to anyone : ) It's nothing personal. You totally get me! ♥♥♥

  24. I think we bloggers tend to be homebody introverts. But that's OK
Some of these memes are really too too funny!
