Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes
- Tomatoes. Really good tomatoes.
- Olive oil
- Fresh garlic, minced
- One pound thin spaghetti
- Fresh parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
- Sauté a few cloves of minced garlic in some olive oil on low.
- Boil the pasta and drain.
- Meanwhile, quarter the tomatoes and toss into the garlic.
- Cook down on medium low heat until desired tenderness.
- Add drained pasta to tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
