Hey there!
Hi! I'm Billie Jo, a wife to one and mother to four who loves all things home and family. During the day I homeschool, do laundry, and drink way excessive amounts of coffee. I would much rather read than exercise, and I am blessed to live the life I dreamed of.

January Days Around Here

January Days ~ Breakfast dates with my Madison at the best little coffee shop in town ~ Recreating the egg, cheese, tomato, and spinach bagel at home the next day, but with a healthier light, multigrain English muffin ~ Feeling happy and thankful that my Peyton and Rhett have each found an amazing person to date ~ Cozy days at the big kitchen table with my Flynn and fourth-grade fun ~ A fresh, shorter blunt cut and color ~ And a super cute pup who is certain he is human ~

How are your days this January, my friends?
I hope happy, healthy, and cozy.
Have any weekend plans?
We are supposed to see some snow and ice here, and I plan on snuggling in and spending time visiting around Blogland. : )

  2. Hi Billie Jo~

I remember those days when my kids were dating, so many mixed feelings, but always grateful that they were dating good people...yours look very happy!

I think pets that live inside really do think they are human! What a darling photo!

Yum to the English muffin! And, a haircut and color is sometimes just what we need, right?!

    Have a great week-end!

    Hugs and Love,
    Barb

  4. Your English muffin sandwich looks so good! I may have to recreate next week on a high carb day :) We are supposed to get snow and ice tonight/tomorrow morning. I am hoping it doesn't interfere with the boys' basketball games. We shall see. Enjoy your weekend!

  7. You are blessed. Great kids. (And they choose wonderful spouses and significant others.) Cute doggies. Tasty food. Do you have Angie's Boom Chicka Pop in PA? I am obsessed with their sweet n salty kettle corn. Have a snuggly weekend.

  12. Oh, I bought that Skinny Popcorn for Jess one time (cause she's skinny haha), but have never tried it myself. The bagel and English muffin filled with goodies looks so Yummy. Your hair cut is cute, and your pup does look human, indeed, with those precious eyes. He looks regal sitting there on his chair. January days are looking sweet in your home. : )

  15. Not sure if I have ever commented before but really like reading your blog. You and your family seem so nice. I love to use English muffins as a base for sandwiches, but probably my favorite is still toasted cheese English muffin, guess a hold over from my childhood
