Good morning, my friends! And Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We had a quiet Saturday and a festive Sunday. Yesterday we enjoyed a small Valentine's Day Brunch complete with pastries...thank you bakery..., fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. Later we watched the Superbowl and enjoyed some of Peyton's delicious treats. It isn't the Superbowl around here without Oreo Balls! It was an exciting game, and although our favorite team didn't win, we were happy for the team that did. I always hate that someone has to lose, you know? Anyway, here are a few pictures I snapped before brunch.
One of Peyton's traditional Superbowl Oreo Balls...which is blurry because I was trying to take it on the couch while grabbing one...
And here are a couple from the archives. Just because.
Happy Monday!
Happy Valentine's Day!
Enjoy!

Happy Valentines Day!!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks so festive.
Happy Valentine's Day! What a pretty brunch set up. I was disappointed the Bengals didn't win it. I'd say maybe next time but of course, next time I hope to see the Chiefs in it again ;) Hope you have a wonderful day and week.
ReplyDeleteFlynn has always been your sidekick. Such a sweet picture.
ReplyDeleteOreo balls is such a good idea for the Super Bowl! I may need to tuck that idea in my pocket for next year. Glad you had a lovely brunch!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful brunch!!! I have no talent of making things cute - LOL
ReplyDeleteIt all looks so lovely. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day to you and yours! Everything looks so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely brunch you had and ohhhh, that food! What a special Valentine's Day that was. Happy Valentines day to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day! The boys were rooting for the Rams and were happy with the win.
ReplyDeleteThose Oreo Balls look so good. Maybe you could share the recipe some time? So sorry about the Bengals. At least you had a wonderful Valentine's brunch. I love your festive table. Have a great week, my friend.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little one! Those cookies or balls look delicious, and I love your Valentine's Day decor.
ReplyDeleteWhat a yummy looking spread you had. And those Oreo balls look delicious. Was rooting for the Rams and was glad they won, but I always feel bad for the losing team. Joe Burrow looked so disappointed, but he's young and I'm sure there's a Super Bowl win in his future.
ReplyDeleteHappy (Day after) Valentine's DAY! You all sure had a beautiful setting for Valentine's Day/Game! I watched the game and enjoyed it. The Rams QB went to our Georgia College UGA and it was nice to see him win. Joe Burrow is a great guy and I also hated to see anybody lose! Enjoy your day dear friend, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteYes, Happy belated Valentine's Day! What a lovely brunch you guys enjoyed to celebrate Valentine's day. Pastries, fruit, and coffee really is the perfect breakfast/brunch in my opinion. I made a lasagna and salad for dinner last night and we all enjoyed some special chocolates to celebrate the day. Charlotte wasn't feeling her best yesterday and came down with a sinus infection as we found out at her doctor's appointment this morning. She's home resting today and catching up on missed school work. Hope you are having a great week!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful celebration you had together, nothing beats family. It all looks beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHello my Lovely! Sorry I'm catching up late. It sounds like you had a lovely Valentines and Super Bowl too. Kind of fun the festivities landed 2 days in a row. I sure wish I had a Peyton to bake like that! But I think I'd have trouble with discipline. Lol Everything she makes looks SOOO GOOD!
ReplyDeleteLove the throwback pics - Flynn is such a lil Pumpkin. 💗
Oh, little Flynn with her doll makes me smile. Such a cute photo. And those Oreo Balls! I like the heart table runner too. And the sweet heart sweater on your dog is funny. The photo of the single candle burning is pretty, and I see you have one of those candle holders also. Very nice. Oh, and your cups are the most delightful Valentine cups I've seen. : )
