Good morning, my friends. I hope your weekend was fun and productive. We had some snow here, which made it feel even more Christmassy! We finished some wrapping, went to our favorite little diner after mass, watched some of our favorite Christmas classics, and relaxed by the tree. We also finalized our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu, Mass plans, and watched the Steeler game while eating pizza that had waaaaay too much sauce.
Today we are doing school, an obscene amount of laundry, and enjoying Peyton and Christopher's movie night. I am determined to stay in the moment and enjoy these remaining days before Christmas.
In other news, Mrs. Meyer's Snowdrop scent is AMAZING! So fresh and crisp!
Flynn and her little Lego friend Jaylyn joined us at the diner, and enjoyed a chocolate milkshake. Rhett and his good friend Kyrstin hosted our family movie night last week. They went all out with a spaghetti dinner, minus the maple syrup, and some Elf cookies and cocoa too. And finally, our puppies had their Christmas visit to the doggie spa and came home looking and smelling great.
Well, have a great Monday, my friends.
It's Christmas!
I was going to say your puppies almost don't look real. Wait, are they real? Ha ha...then I read the last paragraph. They are! 😊
ReplyDeleteI love Meyers Soap, and I loved seeing Flynn too, smiles. Have a beautiful day friend.
ReplyDeleteFlynn is having so much fun with her Lego friend! I'm glad said friend is enjoying the holiday season with her.
ReplyDeleteThose pups...SO adorable! What breed are they? Love the little kerchief around the one's neck.
Have a beautiful day,
Patti
I'll have to give the Meyers soap a try. I love all the Bath and Body Works soap scents but it dries my hands out too much. Wonderful photos of the Christmas season. Hope you have an amazing week!

ReplyDeleteA perfect weekend! We have those cookies in our fridge for our viewing of Elf ourselves. Rhett (and his friend) was so smart to pair it with a spaghetti dinner!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're enjoying the season to the fullest, Billie Jo. The spaghetti dinner sounds delicious, and those Christmas cookies look so good. I bet your doggies felt so nice after a day at the spa. : )
