ReplyDeleteI am so much like you! Your post was so reassuring. I get in a store and get completely discombobulated, anxious, and usually wind up with a migraine. I have my husband do the grocery shopping, he is a sweetheart that way. A nice quiet window-shopping trip with one of my adult children is all I need.
