Well, go figure. I missed posting yesterday. And now I am all mixed up. Just sharing a picture from a few days ago, when I was having my afternoon coffee. I literally named this little blog after this special ritual I have enjoyed since I became a mother almost twenty-five years ago. A cup of coffee, a book, a candle, a sweet treat, even a short episode of a favorite show. Things I enjoy. Things I do just for me. To relax, recharge, enjoy.
Have a happy Thursday, my friends!
I dunno, don't ask me, LOL. Twice today; Is it Tuesday or Friday? LOL--It's been one of those days. sigh.ReplyDelete
It's always mixed up when there's a holiday! Always a good time for coffee and chocolate! I'm drinking a cup right now! Went out in my Jeep this morning for a hike in the woods! Wish you could have gone with me!ReplyDelete
I have 2 cups of coffee in the early morning and tea at night. I work from home (daycare) so I seldom get an afternoon coffee! I look forward to the day I can do that again !ReplyDelete
I hope it's Thursday, but who knows? I have either been a day ahead or behind all this week. I am a coffee nut and start each day with 3 cups. I guess my only salvation is that I drink it black. At night I often have another cup of coffee (decaf then) with some creamer. I treat it as dessert!ReplyDelete
I kept thinking today was Wednesday! HA! NOT! I am a tea fanatic. YUM! Some caffeinated ones, some decaf. I like loose leaf tea from Plum Deluxe out of Portland, OR! I like iced tea as well. YUM Ghiradellie chocolate!!! I've been a mom for 41 years!! WOW! Have a good rest of your week.ReplyDelete
Self-care is so important. Hope you have a good weekend. See you again soon.ReplyDelete
Me too! I love my chai.💖ReplyDelete
Weeks, which start with a Holiday, are very confusing. -grin-ReplyDelete
And add to that, the fact that the garbage pickup, is always pushed ahead a day...
In these weeks, it's a wonder we keep track of which day is which, at all!!!!!

As do weeks. Now that school is out,
I won't have much clue what day it is.
Keeping the calendar close. :)

I feel, like they days and weeks just keep flying by. Your coffee and chocolate look delicious.ReplyDelete
These are all wonderful things.....I can see why you enjoy them so much. I've always liked your 'pause' candle. It's something we should do each day. Lovely post, Billie Jo.ReplyDelete
