Happy Friday!
First thing first!
We had our family dentist appointment.
(Yes. We even do that as a family!)
And the streak continues!
23 years. 4 children.
No cavities!!!
I would like to claim credit, but I am sure strong enamel plays a major part.
Although we do limit soda to special occasions and have water or milk for dinner. My kids don't eat much sugary candy either. Aside from chocolate, of course.
In other "I'm sure you don't really care" news, look at what I ate this week!
Cranberry orange oatmeal for breakfast, and a super healthy lunch of brown rice, chicken breast, veggies, greek yogurt, and avocado. Oh. And cilantro.
My new favorite.
We saw our first flakes this week! I don't know who was more excited, me or my Flynn. Ok. probably Flynn. Maybe. She and I have fun together, no matter what we are doing!
And leaving you with a precious puppy face to start your weekend.
Because. Mocha. Have a wonderful weekend, my friends. Thanks for visiting!
Congrats on a long run of NO CAVITIES! That is wonderful! We have rain but no snow, it is SO pretty! Have a blessed day dear friend, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteThat's so darn awesome! *cheers* to strong enamel.
ReplyDeleteYour lunch looks divine!
When you say you saw flakes, you were talking about snow and not weirdos?? ;)
Have a great weekend!
Yay strong enamel! Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat dentist report. You and your daughter are so cute. You seem to be eating healthy. Blessings to all for a fun weekend, xoxo, Susie

ReplyDeleteAnd yay for flakes and holiday feelings! And for adorable pics of you and your sweet Flynn and your sweet Mocha.
Have a blessed weekend ahead my Friend 🙏 ❤️
Oh I hope we get snow this year! Last year it snowed a LOT but I missed most of it due to being out of town. I love snow!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the no cavities, my husband got bad news yesterday from the dentist. Snow, yes, we got snow here too...smiles
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing milestone with no cavities in the family! Cause for celebration for sure! We've had lots of those 'flakes around these parts, although right now, most of them have melted. Sweet sweet picture of Mocha.. enjoy the weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat is an awesome streak!! And how is Quinn so big??
ReplyDeleteThat's great, no cavities for the whole family. I really think a lot of it is hereditary, cause my kids rarely ever get cavities either. Your first snow fall is beautiful. And your chicken and rice dish looks so delicious. This is a sweet picture of you and your daughter, Billie Jo, and one that should be framed. : )
ReplyDeleteHave a splendid week.
