Hello October!












October arrived in all her glory, my friends.
She brought bright blue skies, colorful leaves, early evenings, and the promise of cooler air, cozy fires, and pumpkin spice everything.

And also this week, I was honored to be able to speak about my book at a lovely afternoon luncheon. I was so happy Madison was there with me. Thanks again for all your kind words about my little book. My mother was so very happy when I gave her her copy this past weekend. It was one of the best moments of my life. She was thrilled!

    Your front porch- LOVE IT!!!! It was 53 this morning when I took the kids to school- I smiled the whole way, with the windows rolled down a bit. :) I ordered your book for my mom for Christmas (although I'll read it first, of course!) So proud of you!

    Trying to catch up on my reading,read some previous post, I just had to come back and tell you what a beautiful family you have, dear Lady, and thank you for all your inspiring posts.
    I haven't been able to biog often due to getting ready for my dh's surgery with all pre ops. Anytime I come by I always leave with a smile.

    Love all the decor, looks like fall is in full swing there! Our leaves are falling but temperatures still in the 90's! It's crazy, lol. Congratulations on your book, I must of missed that post. How very exciting!!!

    Just look at you with your book in hand, how great and congratulations!! I'm glad Maddison was there with you. Fall has sure come around your parts in a hurry. We are getting the weather and things are slowing turning but not so many leaves on the ground yet. Got my house decorated with all the wonderful scented fall smells going on!

    I was just reading your book on my Kindle last night. I had to wipe tears from my eyes on more than one occasion. I just can relate to how you feel about being a mother and just many things.
