Friday

Welcome to the last Friday of September, my friends. I love September. It is the calm before the storm. September allows the first taste of autumn splendor, a chance to relax and enjoy the new season before the flurry of upcoming holidays begins to occupy our minds.

This is Flynn. I play a game called Club Penguin Island and called CPI or CP Island. You are penguins and you can be your favorite color and you can dress up make your own Igloo and you can have friends. We have Animal Jam and you can be your favorite animal and dress it up and play games and have your own den and you can have friends on that game too.  It is very fun. I have Block Craft and you level up and when you level up you get to build new stuff and you can look at other people's lands. Mine is called Cookie Landing and all of these games are VERY fun.

( I start them young around here! Lol! She actually typed that all by herself, and we used it as a learning tool to practice sentence structure and punctuation. Winning! )

My girl before Mass last week...

Still young enough to enjoy twirling on an autumn afternoon.
That makes this old Momma very happy.

I ate some pretty healthy food this week.

And some pretty delicious food too!
Peyton made pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing for the Steeler game on Monday night.
Amazing. : )

These two had a fun afternoon this week!
Madison was so happy to take Rhett shopping for an outfit for the homecoming dance this weekend.
Rhett was invited by a lovely young girl he knew from elementary school.
I am so thankful to Madison for taking care of the fashion aspect for me.
My job? Ironing the new outfit. : )

I posted this picture last week when my best friend Marian came up for my birthday.
This weekend, it is our turn to celebrate her!
Happy Birthday, Mar!

One thing we will be doing is watching our favorite movie...
But this time on 4K Ultra HD!!!
Which I actually know nothing about, other than it makes movies look amazingly real!
Leslie, I wish you could join us!

Have a wonderful weekend, my friends!
Do your thing with the ones you love.

Oh, and I am having trouble resizing some of my photos here.
Sorry about that!
Anyone else having trouble?

  10. Wow! What a week. Your babies are beautiful young ladies now!
I have to say that movie was terrifying once upon a time. I don't even want to know what 4D means!!! Sounds like something out of Jumangi!

Bless you dearie, I enjoyed making my fall bucket list. My husband looked at it a few minutes ago and pointed out that I've already done some of those things!
