And
We are still Christmas-ing around here!
In other words we are...
Playing new games...
Watching movies...
Eating cookies...
Drinking coffee...
And tea...
And cocoa.
And napping.
It is really cold.
So this is working out perfectly.
I hope your Christmas was cozy and merry and filled with joy.
Happy New Year, my friends!
See you back here next week!
Oh what an adorable post! How did you do that? I just read your sweet comment on my blog as I was updating my blogroll and your new post popped right up on top.

ReplyDeleteSounds perfect! We are doing the same except it's hot here, like in the 80's hot :( I would much rather have your cold weather for this week of being home. Have a wonderful New Year!!!!

ReplyDeleteHello Dear Billie Jo! Just doing a little holiday catching up. Love seeing what you were up to over the 12 days of Christmas posts! ;) And we've been enjoying lots of the same here - games, treats, cocoa, movie...and of course lots of hockey! Lol Getting ready for round 2 of partying over New Year's. We'll be having some of our besties over. Hope yours is blessed dear Friend! xoxo
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect week to me! We've had some challenges. My washer broke 2 days before Christmas. It needs to be replaced. We've had to do some laundry at the laundromat, and tonight we went washer shopping. Glad we've got an emergency fund! We made a crazy one day trip from SW Missouri to Nebraska and Kansas to visit family. We drove 14 hours and into the night to visit in Johnson Ne. and Topeka Ks. My daughter had to be back home the next day, so we made it work. We got home around 2:00 a.m. to a cold house! The propane had run out, and we had no heat and no hot water! My husband started a fire in the wood stove, and I turned on the space heater in the bedroom. The man delivered propane today. Thank you Jesus! Our New Year's Day Family Christmas was cancelled because of the cold. We have some young children in the family and my dad didn't want them to travel in sub zero temperatures. Totally understandable, but it is the only day in January my whole family could attend. Oh well. Whoever can go when it's rescheduled will go. Happy Christmassing!
