Baking together is a wonderful way to make memories this time of year. I like to have all my supplies ready and organized in the pantry so we are all set to go! Some things you may want to stock up on...flour, sugar, brown sugar, Crisco, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, salt, cocoa, and sprinkles. Anything else? Let me know! And enjoy baking with your family. : )
I dont do a lot of baking or even cooking any more. Jim and I just dont eat much and we surely dont like to throw away. But, I love seeing what you and your family cook...it is always something good. Enjoy and dont forget to share those pictures.

ReplyDeleteBaking is one of our favorite things this time of year. It's baking weekend here and today we'll start with making Polish coffee cakes. This is a traditional sweet treat in my hometown and my family. This year it will also be another tribute to my grandma who year after year lined her countertops and kitchen table with many coffeecakes. It's a tradition that we are now carrying on and will teach our children as well.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend!
