A Little Touch Of Spring

Easter has come and gone. Now, before we set out the red, white, and blue for summer, we took a little time to add a few spring touches to our country home. I had a little helper in Flynn this week. She did a great job! Here are a few pictures of springtime in our home. : )

I kept a few of the Easter mantel decorations, and added a few new ones...

The Easter Bunnies came off the holiday tree...and the spring ducklings went on...

A simple little sign hangs above my folder basket on my desk...

This sweet bunny hangs above the coffee and tea table...

While these festive blocks rest below...

and our Spring Days candle burns every evening in our country home.

Happy Spring, my friends!

  4. How joyfully festive! I especially like the tree that changes with the seasons. I always miss Christmas lights once those are taken down, and now.... hmmm...you've given me a splendid idea!

I though of you last night. For months now I have wanted to visit the Dairy Queen by our new house and last night we finally did. Just wish it was the one Madison worked at.

  11. I find the idea of keeping the tree up all year and changing the decorations up all year and changing them depending on the holiday is entertaining. Cute. So what tea and single cup coffee do you drink? After all, your blog is titled afternoon coffee and evening tea.
