Welcome message all ready to go!
Breakfast today was French Toast...
with fresh fruit.
I told them not to get too excited. It's back to Pop Tarts tomorrow. : )
Just keeping it real here, folks!
Madison's first day goodies...A Walking Dead shirt, some Bath and Body supplies, a pumpkin candle for her desk, and some pumpkin hand sanitizer.
Peyton's was almost the same...a Walking Dead shirt, a candle, hand sanitizer, and a handmade Walking Dead charm bracelet that she LOVED!
Rhett got a Walking Dead shirt too, as well as a candle, hand sanitizer, and a 49ers desk organizer.
Flynn loved her little magnetic dolls!
First day of school 2013...
and you may notice that they are all wearing their new shirts! As soon as they saw them, they put them on! Score one for Mom. : )
Working away...
even my little Preschooler was hard at work...
with her school hair ribbons on, of course!
And some yummy Back to School cupcakes to finish off the day!
All in all I would say it was a successful day. Thanks so much for all the kind words and support. Blessings for a wonderful new school year to you all!
Love that they all wore their shirts!!! good job mom! Looks like a successful first day, if only the days could always run as smooth as the first day right? ;)
ReplyDeleteLove that bow in her hair. You spoil those kids and rightly so. Looks like you guys are off to a great start. Zach is a fan of that show. So far he only has a minecraft t shirt.

I saw other "blog" moms giving their children gifts as well for the first day of school. That is so sweet! I've never seen Walking Dead before. It must be good for almost all your kids to like it so much.
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of the candles and cupcakes!
Looks like you have a leftie too! Three of John Paul's siblings are left handed and I'm wondering if any of our kids will be as well. Thanks for the inside look at the first day of school!

ReplyDeleteI love how you can put bows in your little preschooler's hair. Mine will only let me do a plain pony tail. NOTHING ELSE. And I love to braid hair. I love piggie tails....stinker.
