A Cozy Supper For A January Evening

January evenings in Pennsylvania are often cold, snowy, and dark. These nights lend themselves to gatherings around the table with bowls of hot soup and warm rolls. That is exactly what we enjoyed last night, and it was so good, I wanted to share the easy peasy recipe with you. I served it with Pepperidge Farm Artisan French Rolls from the freezer section of your local store and a bowl of mandarin oranges, mangos, and pineapple from the nice people at Del Monte.

Here is the recipe for the soup, if you would like to give it a try.

Enjoy!

P.S. I did add extra broth before serving!

  1. Soups and stews are perfect for the January Winter days, and your Pasta Parmesan Soup looks delicious, Billie Jo. With some rolls and butter, even better. ; )

Have a lovely rest of the week.
