I still have a similar version of the living room blow up furniture in the basement with my Barbies that I kept.
Parker Stevenson. Teenage swoon
Sean Cassidy - Still have my LPs
Staying home sick from school = The Price is Right
I had all those jeans at one point or another. I look back now on the Calvin Kleins and am amazed my parents bought them for me. They were $50 back in the early/mid 80s. That was a lot of money back then. By way of reference, I only made a few dollars an hour as a library page while in high school.
You will love this Pinterest board I have. It was secret, but I just made it public so I could share it. LOL!
I do remember several of these things. I also grew up watching Bewitched, I Dream Of Jeannie, The Three Stooges, Lost In Space etc...those were the good days my friend. Oh I also used Anais Anais! :) Ohh dear!
The Sunshine Family, yes! I had tons of Fisher-Price Little People stuff too. Calvin Klein jeans, yes! Parker Stevenson and Sean Cassidy, yup, the plaid blouse: my senior pic in 1983, I had a dress like that. And GnipGnop, that was my nickname growing up, as my maiden name was Gunnip. I HATED that game, for that reason. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane. Della
Oh Yes, I remember many of these, Billie Jo. Don't they still make Hostess Ding Dongs? I love those! The McDonald Land cookies, Yummy. I was just telling my son the other day when we passed McDonalds that it was the first fast food in my town. Us kids used to hang out there all the time growing up. Good times for sure. Thank you for the memories.
I hope the March days bring you much joy, Billie Jo.
Oh yes I remember it all! And it was the best. I had the sunshine family paperdolls. And 2 of my absolute favorite things were my barbie dream house with the elevator (aka pulley string) and my Mandy doll. Aahhh the gold 'ol days. ❤️
I do indeed remember, thanks for sharing the memories.
