Because who doesn't love a freshly baked muffin with her afternoon coffee? This recipe makes the most delicious and healthy muffins bursting with raspberry goodness. I will link the recipe down below, but don't be scared of the wheat germ like I was! I used fresh berries because I had some, but I am sure frozen would work just as well. And if you are feeling really brave, substitute unsweetened applesauce for the butter. Amazing!
Enjoy, my friends!
Have a cozy Wednesday.
I have been craving raspberries and these look delicious! Thank you.

DeleteOatmeal Raspberry Muffins, that sounds Yummy. I love raspberries, and they're so expensive at the stores. I remember being able to just pick them from the bushes growing up. This is a scrumptious treat to go with tea or coffee. ; )

These sound delicious.....
ReplyDeleteProblem here is I would eat the whole batch. Just no self control.
ReplyDeleteWe'll have loads of raspberries soon from our back yard bushes, but they won't go into muffins, because I would eat THEM ALL. Instead, we'll just brave the mosquitoes that seem to like to hover around those bushes, and eat them, all by their lonesomes. Muffins though, mmm.
