Happy autumn, my friends! Officially, that is! Here in Pennsylvania, autumn arrived bearing cooler air and cozy rain outside. As a result, the throw blankets and pumpkin spice candles have made an appearance, along with a general overall feeling of calm and cozy.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend, whatever you have planned. Here it will be quiet and uneventful. My favorite. I plan on cleaning the bathrooms and changing the bedsheets because I need to do something besides reading and drinking coffee. Right??

ReplyDeleteHappy First Fall Friday! We're getting much needed rain today and the high is only supposed to be 65, a big switch from the 90's at the beginning of our week. Cleaning is on my agenda today as well before I go out with friends tonight. Hope you have a wonderful first weekend of fall!

I like autumn 🍂 as well since it's cooler than summer and hopefully it's going to rain 🌧 next week. I had to turn heat on for the 1st time in months as it was 66 degrees when I got out of bed 🛌 near 7:30 then went back to bed. My sunflowers bloomed yesterday. Enjoy your weekend as well.

ReplyDeleteHappy first full week of fall! I've been scarce on my blog lately for many busy reasons. But the most exciting is that my Amy was married Saturday evening! We had an outdoor destination wedding at her husband's family country house. It was complete with big red barn, big beautiful pond in the background, and a big beautiful way out in the country night sky!

Now...
My thoughts can turn to fall. I can start fall cleaning and decorating!

Ok, your photos of meals should be in a magazine. My food pics aren't the best, cause I love food and just want to dig in haha . Every time I see that red rose on your doggy's collar, it makes me smile. And Starbuck's! - all the things I love. The Autumn quote is wonderful. Flannel bed sheets sound so nice.
