We are supposed to get buried in snow this weekend, but before that, here are a bunch of random pictures from the past week in our little world.
January brings sunny days...
Beautiful visitors...
Productive evenings...
And yummy desserts on Bachelor Mondays.
Now, we wait.
A storm is expected tomorrow.
If you are in the path, stay warm and safe and cozy.
Thanks for stopping by!
Lol on your graphics....it is already snowing here in western NY and we are told to expect 20 inches Saturday until Sunday. Parking ban is enforced as well. I have to remind myself it is January.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and cozy Billie Jo. smiles
I love the pics of your week, cute fur babies:) Hope the snow is just enough to keep you inside enjoying your home and family! Have a blessed day dear friend, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your pictures as always. Stay warm, safe and cozy when the snow comes.
ReplyDeleteThat cake looks divine! We are also supposed to get snow... although I will believe it when I see it. Usually when they call for a huge storm like this we might get 1-3 inches. They are calling for 4-8 inches so we shall see.
ReplyDeleteI loved ALL of your pictures, Sweet Friend! Yes, January does bring sunny days...but the ONLY thing I dislike about that is how it shows up all of the dust. lol Those Elk are just gorgeous. My goodness, if I looked out my window and saw such beautiful creatures I'd spend my day looking out the window. Seriously. That cake is to die for! What is the filling made of? Curious minds need to know. :) I was happy to see that I'm not the only person on this planet who still irons!:) And I loved the image about winter! Our son and daughter-in-law live in Maine and they are calling for them to get 12-20 inches of snow this weekend. Our daughter-in-law is hoping they get it all. :) She wants to go snowshoeing. Stay safe and warm, my friend.
ReplyDeleteOh, I want to sit in that sunny spot on your steps! Missing the sun around here, haven't seen it in a week. Beautiful visitors! We're in the path of the storm as well supposedly starting tonight but we'll see what happens. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and stay safe and warm.
ReplyDeleteWe will be hibernating this weekend too as we brace for a storm. Basically not that different from a regular weekend...only with snow! LOL Have a cozy weekend, my friend! Talk soon! xo
ReplyDeleteYour lovely fur babies finding a sunny spot to rest is a delight to see. Stay safe and warm if the storm does hit your area.
ReplyDeleteWe are supposed to get a bunch of snow too! I am kind of excited...
ReplyDeleteHi Billie Jo~
ReplyDeleteYour cute little pups sunning themselves in the sunshine makes me want to take a nap...they are so cute! The elk coming right into the yard...my husbands dream! Cozy up for the snow storm, sweet friend!
Hugs and Love,
Barb
I want to get buried in snow too - we have had none this year!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you will enjoy the time in your lovely cozy home. I'd be joining the pups in the sunshine---darling photo. Be safe, Billie Jo. ♥
ReplyDeleteHunker in and keep those yummy chocolate Monday treats a comin' Love your little doggie in the window soaking up the sun and those elk, holy cow! What a treat to see them out your window like that.
ReplyDeleteSay safe and warm!
Saimi
We are getting a good deal of snow too, combined with crazy winds. Then it's supposed to get super cold. Perfect for movies and games and pajamas so I don't mind too much. Love your pups. And the French Toast! Maybe I'll make some tomorrow and think of you when I do.
ReplyDeleteFirst big winter storm here too... starts Saturday night... can't wait!!! Enjoy your cozy time
ReplyDeleteHaha! Well the weather people always go a bit crazy and have everyone all worked up so you never know if it's REALLY going to be as bad as they say! It's snowing like crazy in Chicago but actually, the wind is more of a factor than snow totals. I baked chocolate chip cookies yesterday and will just stay inside today!
ReplyDeleteI am late getting my visits in and hope this comment finds you hunkered down and staying warm in your lovely home!! Be safe!
ReplyDeleteStay warm and cosy my friend. I'm a little envious as I'm 44 and never seen snow!! xx Susan
ReplyDeleteWe also have snow and are staying cozy too! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteAlways love the random pics of your beautiful home and yummy desserts that make me hungry! And I hope that you were safe and cozy through the storm dear Friend. xoxo
