At first, I thought you were talking about the three children of Fatima, Lucia, Jacinta, and Francisco. They are my beloved Saints. It's so special that Flynn is getting to know the Saints. There are so many special and beautiful ones to learn about. The sweet bread looks so good, and a very thoughtful sentiment of Madison to make some on this special day. Maybe you could tell Flynn about Lucia, Jacinta, and Francisco. I think she would really enjoy hearing about them. : )

~SheriRed Rose Alleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02685747099912989862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-830473372238505362.post-78406141837828361162020-12-17T10:29:56.769-08:002020-12-17T10:29:56.769-08:00Our youngest daughter is called Lucy so it is a Sa...Our youngest daughter is called Lucy so it is a Saint close to our hearts. We were so grateful to get a Lucia crown that worked on batteries as our oldest wore one with real candles and the wax would drip on her hair and neck. As St Lucia cam into the harbor on a boat filled with grain for the starving people, she was dressed in white with a red sash and she held candles. that is how she was remembered. It was a fun thing for all us girls to do.
I hope you are hunkered down. The snow has begun here (about 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh). The ground was white very quickly and it continues to come down. It's not a gentle snow. It is blowing sideways in the wind. Oh...I just remembered I need to turn on the inflatable decorations so they are not frozen to the ground! I hope they can withstand the wind.Stacyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06316595488903619354noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-830473372238505362.post-47947457959846248032020-12-16T08:02:01.998-08:002020-12-16T08:02:01.998-08:00What a wonderful tradition!
